FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before your first session.

How do I book a session?

For now, bookings are made by writing to Satomi: on Messenger, by e-mail or by text message (see the Contact page). Tell her the option or options you are interested in, a date and a time of day: morning, midday or afternoon, and the time that suits you if you like. Satomi replies by setting the start time, or suggests another one.

Why a deposit?

Satomi works alone: a session cancelled at the last minute cannot be offered to someone else. Once your booking is accepted, you pay a deposit by bank transfer, usually within 48 hours, and it becomes “confirmed”. The deposit is deducted from the price on the day of the session.

How do I pay the rest?

On the day of the session, on site. You can also pay the full amount by bank transfer in advance.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes. You book and pay for them, giving the name of the person who will receive the drainage.

Can I combine body and face?

Yes: a single booking can include several options, done one after the other in the same session.

What if I need to cancel or move my session?

Let Satomi know as early as possible. Depending on when you cancel, your deposit may be returned as a credit to use on a future booking. The exact conditions are in the terms of sale.

How should I prepare?

Avoid a heavy meal just before, come without cream or make-up for a facial drainage, and drink water in the hours after the session.

Is drainage suitable for everyone?

No: some situations, such as an infection, phlebitis or pregnancy, mean you should not have it or should ask your doctor first. The list of contraindications is on the “Japanese drainage” page.

What is a package?

A bundle of several sessions of the same option, sold at a reduced price. It is paid in full when purchased, is personal and must be used within its validity period.
